Stud Air Conditioning converted an obsolete over/under straight-cool rooftop system to a modern Trane side-by-side heat pump system. The project required a custom-fabricated rooftop doghouse, new supply and return duct branches, new thermostat wiring throughout the space, and electrical modifications to support the new equipment.

Commercial Rooftop Unit Replacement | Tamarac, Florida

Stud Air Conditioning replaced the restaurant’s packaged rooftop system with a Trane unit. The project required crane coordination, a custom-fabricated curb adapter to connect the new equipment to the existing roof opening and ductwork, and the installation of a duct smoke detector and remote test key station as part of the permitted life-safety scope.
